How do I book my Furniture Removal?

Simple, complete an online booking here.

Booking Form

Once we receive your booking form, we will check dates and then confirm your removalist booking via email.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made by cash or bank cheque at uplift of your furniture.
Our preferred method of payment is by made by Direct Transfer to our Bank Account, or by credit card over the phone on 1300 889 680

Our bank details are supplied in your booking confirmation email.

Please note 2% surcharge is currently in place for payments by Master Card and Visa, and 4% for American Express.

How much notice do you need to organise my furniture removal?

We would prefer a weeks notice whenever possible.

If you need to move urgently, please complete a booking request, with your preferred date.

Can you sell me insurance ?

Urgent quotes

Please complete an online quote, some areas are covered by our instant quoting system, which means that you will have your quote in front of you once you hit the submit button.

Other quotes are normally answered within a few hours.

A few weeks prior to your move, you can always submit a new quote with the adjusted figures, and we can then finalise your quote.

Can you assist with Car Transport also.

Not directly, but we do recommend Moving Cars Car Transport

Do you insist on customers using removalist cartons, and boxes.

Whilst we certainly do not insist that you use standard removal cartons, we do recommend that you use strong double thickness boxes for your move.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

Brisbane-Sydney-Brisbane 1 to 3 days.

Sydney - Melbourne-Sydney 1 to 3 days

Melbourne-Brisbane-Melbourne 2 to 6 days

For moves to and from Perth, please allow approximately 10 - 14 days.

Moves from the southern states to North Queensland approximately 10 - 14 days.

For removals to and from other areas please contact us.

Please realise that this is only a guide. a more accurate delivery schedule can be provided by either your driver at uplift of your furniture or by the office, the day prior to your move.
